The TAA program was designed to help workers who lost their previous job due to foreign outsourcing. Incumbent Worker Training

The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) gave states the ability to arrange for training dollars for incumbent workers. To learn more about the programs in your area, visit your local One-Stop Career Center, talk to the local workforce investment board, or visit your state workforce agency.

Student Loans
